Symptom: If you assign a user password that is exactly 64 characters,
the system allows that user to log in with the 64-character
password you assigned or with NO PASSWORD. In addition,
the maximum allowable password for DOS clients is 127
rather than 128.
Problem: Software problem in OS password encryption code.
Solution or
Workaround: Do not assign passwords that have exactly 64 characters.
